Add the themes that authors will submit against.
Click 'Setup'

Name a theme (and colour code it, optional)
TIP: Colour coding is useful when producing the program as its easier to collate themes together
Choose which submission types the theme will relate to
Reorder Themes
Themes can be reordered by holding the arrow button
and dragging and dropping
