12. How To: Setup a Submission form

Create a submission form and add instructions. 

  1. Click 'Setup' in the top tool bar. 
  2. Click 'Customise Forms'.
  3. Click 'Form Builder'.
From this section you can tailor your submission forms for Abstracts, Full Papers, Digital Posters and Presentations. 



You can edit the standard fields by clicking on the pencil icon.

You can also create additional custom fields on the submission forms by clicking the 'Add New Field' button.

You can edit the label, add a hint, toggle a field to visible or hidden, to optional or required. Depending on the Field, you can also set the field type, default value, rules, etc.
