Set up Sponsor and Exhibitor Networking Features
There are various ways Delegates can connect with Sponsors and Exhibitors
Chat
Book a Meeting
Lead Capture
Public Chat
Enabled Event Features relevant to the feature required.
Please refer to each feature below regarding what needs to be enabled or setup for this feature to function.
This is the same functionality as the Delegate "Chat" function, but this allows Delegates to commence a chat with all of the Users linked to that particular booth. Everyone that is linked to this booth will automatically be added and included within the new chat session.
Please ensure the below is enabled/setup for this feature to function:
Event Feature
Within the Admin Tools Dashboard, navigate to "Events" module and then "Events" via the charcoal navigational bar on the left-hand side of the platform.
Click the black ‘Actions’ button and then “Event Features” from the dropdown to the right of the relevant Event to edit.
Find (CTRL+F/Command+F) “My Network & Following Feature” and select ‘Enabled’
Billing Options
Within the Admin Tools Dashboard, navigate to "Events" module and then "Events" via the charcoal navigational bar on the left-hand side of the platform.
Click the black ‘Actions’ button and then the blue pencil “Edit” icon to the right of the relevant Event to edit.
Scroll down to the Billable Options" section at the bottom of the page
Enable "Private Chat" as per below screenshot.
Other Setup Requirements
At least 1 User is required to be linked to the booth for "Chat" to show and function.
This is the same functionality as the Delegate to Delegate "Book a Meeting" function, but this allows Delegates to request a meeting with one, or more people linked to that particular booth.
Please ensure the below is enabled/setup for this feature to function:
Event Feature
Within the Admin Tools Dashboard, navigate to "Events" module and then "Events" via the charcoal navigational bar on the left-hand side of the platform.
Click the black ‘Actions’ button and then “Event Features” from the dropdown to the right of the relevant Event to edit.
Find (CTRL+F/Command+F) “My Network & Following Feature” and select ‘Enabled’
Billing Options (Event Setup)
Within the Admin Tools Dashboard, navigate to "Events" module and then "Events" via the charcoal navigational bar on the left-hand side of the platform.
Click the black ‘Actions’ button and then the blue pencil “Edit” icon to the right of the relevant Event to edit.
Scroll down to the “Billable Options" section at the bottom of the page
Enable "Video Meetings" as per below screenshot.
Other Setup Requirements
At least 1 User is required to be linked to the booth for "Book a Meeting" to show and function.
Delegates can connect with Sponsors and Exhibitors via the button "Connect with Sponsor" or "Connect with Exhibitor" which will be shown just under their logo are per below screenshot.
